OK SO KRISSY'S MOM IS LATE POSTING THIS! SORRY!

I want to start off with saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASHLEY PAGE!! I love you like crazy and I hope you had a most wonderful birthday and didnt party too hard haha. Next, I want to say that I love Chisinau. It is absolutely beautiful here. We wake up to the most beautiful sunrises every morning and then we get to work and are busy all day. It is great. I feel like a real missionary in that I am giving it my all and the Lord is blessing me and my companion for our effots. One of those blessings is that one of our investigators has a baptismal date for the 10th! I am so excited for her. Every lesson we have she says it makes sense and that she will do whatever we ask. How prepared was she!

Everything has warmed up and snow has turned into rain. Everything is a lot dirtier now but there is even beauty in dirt haha. There aren't nearly as many stray animals here which is sad, but we have seen some beautiful birds. I cant wait for spring!

We had zone conference this week and so we had 6 sisters in our apartment. 5 of which could fit on my bed. Yeah its that big haha. It was a lot of fun though and the conference went really well. Over all it has been a great week! I love this feeling. I love you all!

Love,
Sora Hall

Happy Monday everyone!! Today was my first Monday in Chisinau and we had so much fun! We had breakfast burritos for district study and then went and played basketball (yeah I think its funny that I chose to play it as well haha). Anyways, it is beautiful here. Many of the signs and things are in Russian here as is most of church. So that makes life a little harder. But it is still cool to hear another language. The Elders here are so nice and have been really supportive as well as made me feel welcome. The branch is great! I had to talk yesterday on the Atonement (in Romanian) and made it for about 8 min. I was really happy. I still hate public speaking, especially in a language I don't know. But it went well and everyone was really nice. Anyways, last week we had an epic Pday full of yummy food and laser tag (I got first for my team and also got a nice welt with it because I ran into one of the other players haha). It was awesome. I loved being able to be around everyone.

Transfers were hard. It was really hard to leave everyone that I grew to love. But I know that this is just another growing experience. Plus I get to see them every six weeks :)

So basically, I love it here. It is so beautiful and a lot more clean haha. The branch is amazing and we have already has some crazy legit lessons. I cant wait to do more!

I love you all. Sorry this is short, but I have a couple of things I need to do today. Love you!

This week we found out where we will be going for transfers. I will be going to another country where my companion and I will be the only sister missionaries there (there are elders there though). If you have guessed, I will be going to Moldova in the city of Chisinau (Key- shi- no) to serve for the next two transfers. I keep telling myself that it will be a lot of fun. But I am really going to miss everyone here in Bucharest. But that is what a mission is and I am going whether I really want to or not haha. So I might as well enjoy it, or life is just going to be lame for the next 3 months, and who wants that right? So I have decided to be happy and to think how everyone wants to go there and that I am lucky to have this experience. I feel so blessed to have been in Bucharest and to have met all the amazing people I have met. I know this is where I have needed to serve and I know that I need to go to Chisinau to continue to learn and grow. So it will be cool. However, that does mean that I will only get mail every 6 weeks. So just be aware of that. :P haha

Shout Outs: Aunt Debi- I have been getting your letters, so thank you. I am sending you an actual letter which is why I haven't made reference to them before haha. I really do appreciate them though. Shelly- thank you so much for your email. I love you and miss you. Good luck on your internship. John- I am sorry you are so tired all the time. that is rough, but I know you can do it! Alicia- I don't know if I said I got your letter or not, but I did and I love you like crazy. Thanks so much. Irene Bergh- thank you so much for your email! I really appreciate, it is cold here but I have a really good coat and so that helps a lot. This blog definitely isn't a scientific paper in any sorts haha, but I am happy to hear that you have been reading it. Finally- Erich Tefft- I am hoping that you will be able to see this. I have a feeling you will. Anyways, you are awesome and now you are on my blog. Thanks for all you help :)

The next special shout out is to my sister Jen! Happy Birthday this week. Go out and do something fun!!! I love you

Anyways, So life is great and I miss you all. I hope you are all safe and warm. Wish me luck as I move to another country haha.

Love,

So exchanges were this week! It was so much fun. But first shout outs: John- thanks for updating me on your life. I wrote you a letter, so with how slow mail is here, you should probably get it in March haha. Other shout out- I need Jessica Willnauer's mailing address. So if someone could send that my way I would love you forever!

Okay back to exchanges. So I went with Sora Hosking (serving in Mihai Bravu) and we went on a train that looked just like the ones in Harry Potter. It was so much fun, plus I wrote a ton of letters so now I am all caught up. We got there and I was paired with Sora Henricksen and Sora Hosking went with Sora Bennet. Their apartment there is super big and beautiful. They are right on the Danube river so it was gorgeous. Anyways, it was a super cool experience and I learned a lot. It really energized me and was just what I needed after a long transfer. Plus Sora Henricksen is awesome! We had a lot of fun together. We headed back to Buc earlier (same day earlier time) because of a bad storm that was coming in. It took about an hour and a half longer to get back to Buc than it did to get there because of it. Kind of crazy, but overall the storm hasn't been that bad. The rest of this week has been exhausting but I still feel super pumped.

Walking to church yesterday was a lot of fun. We left early to meet up with some investigators. Everything iced over during the night and we were sliding everywhere. It was a lot of fun, but also extremely tiring. But we got to church and then it started to snow. It has been going between snow and rain for the entire weekend. That basically just makes a 6in level of ice on everything, which is kind of fun I guess. It looks really beautiful though. I am super happy to be here, even if it feels like Dementors are sucking my soul as we walk around (only sometimes haha). I love meeting new people and trying new things. I feel really blessed to be here. I am a little nervous about transfers (which I will find out about on Friday), but I know that I will go where the Lord wants me to go.

Pictures are from top to bottom: 1) Courtyard in Galati, Romania 2) Pretty building Galati, Romania 3) Danube River in Galati, Romania 4) Oldest church in Galati, Romania

I love you all!
